Dominik Vítek

Founder and Senior Counsel

Dominik is a technology and regulatory lawyer advising on complex matters across European markets. His clients include international technology companies, digital infrastructure businesses, investors and corporate legal teams. His practice sits at the intersection of technology, regulation and commercial strategy, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data protection, cloud services, AI and complex technology arrangements. Before establishing REGU.LAW, he built his career over almost twelve years at one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading technology law firms. Alongside his legal practice, Dominik teaches ICT law at Charles University and the Czech Technical University in Prague. He holds a PhD in law from Charles University and regularly contributes to professional discussions on cybersecurity, technology regulation and digital infrastructure.

He goes above and beyond to help the client get the project over the line.
